Pic - AlQuran in Space
I brought 2 AlQuran on my journey to Space.
One was from my Mum who reminded me to carry it at all times .
Of all the people , Mum worries the most .
She would cry daily during my 12 day stint in Space and even lost 12 kg during those 12 days .
I remembered speaking to her while I was onboard the ISS - there were tears of joy but even then I could sense the tension knowing my journey was far from over .
Dad was totally a different character . Strong as steel , kept pushing me to the brink knowing I would succeed with a do-or-die attitude - guess that’s where I got my traits from .
I was blessed to be brought up with 4 other brothers whom are truly competitive in which winning matters the most be it in education or sports .
I am now raising my kids the exact way .
Having a balance is the key .
One parent is strict while the other is loving is the old traditional way ...
Both parents need to be strict and loving with a common goal - to bring out the best in your child .
It’s important to spend as much time as possibly could with them .
Guide them ...
Love them ...
Educate them ...
And respect them ...
InsyaAllah they will succeed Dunia Akhirat.
Just sharing
Salam Jumaat Everyone
Love As Always
